1 . Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace7 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the ace7 website at https://ace7.io, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the ace7 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any portion of the site regardless of whether they have completed registration. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ace7 platform.

ace7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ace7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ace7 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not permit anyone below this age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ace7 platform or had a previous ace7 account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing wagers under external pressure or duress.

ace7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be closed, all balances associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any bonus winnings generated through duplicate registrations will be voided.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly should any of your details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ace7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify ace7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ace7 accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. The use of automated software, scripts, bots, or any other non-human means to access, register, log in to, or operate an ace7 account is strictly prohibited.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our commitment to platform security and responsible gaming, ace7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed, and may also be required at the time of registration or at any point during a player's use of the platform at ace7's sole discretion.

Documents that may be requested as part of KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad wallet confirming account ownership).

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ace7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available payment methods and their associated minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your ace7 account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. ace7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for checking the fee schedule of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ace7 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are typically between 1 and 5 business days following KYC clearance. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required.

Currency: The ace7 platform operates exclusively in BDT. Amounts displayed throughout the platform, including game balances, bonus values, and transaction histories, are in Bangladeshi Taka. The ৳ symbol is used to denote BDT amounts.

ace7 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms by the account holder.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ace7 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be wagered before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain unused at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates for different game categories are detailed in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: ace7 reserves the right to void bonus amounts and any winnings derived from them, and to close an account, if we determine in our sole judgment that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse a bonus offer. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or coordinated play with other accounts.

ace7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith prior to the change.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on the ace7 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by any external factor, prior results, or player behaviour.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available sports, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between general Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules will prevail for that game or market.

ace7 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was completed during a period of technical malfunction, system error, or where erroneous odds were displayed. In such circumstances, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. ace7's decision in these matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game interface or betting market. Attempts to circumvent bet limits through coordinated multi-account activity will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ace7 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or card game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to ace7 immediately at [email protected] and must not be used for personal gain.
• Submitting false, forged, or altered documents in connection with KYC verification or any other platform process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an ace7 account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the ace7 platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other first-time player promotions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ace7 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

ace7 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual reviews of account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ace7 will take appropriate action including account closure, fund forfeiture, and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of the ace7 platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace7 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform and its content. ace7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ace7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical outages, game malfunctions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ace7's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension & Termination

ace7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole and reasonable judgment, that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct toward the platform or other users.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose ace7 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The account holder's identity, age, or eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at ace7's discretion depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

14. Changes to These Terms

ace7 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
